Color: Light golden

Nose: Aromatic and inviting with hints of toffee and salted caramel mixed with baked pineapple and cake spices

Palate: Rich and delicious with layers of heather honey, tangy fruits, golden raisins and cinder toffee followed by toasted brioche and almond hints

Finish: Cozy and warming with notes of oat biscuits, acacia honey and orange peels fading into gentle clove spices.
