Description

A very special collection of casks were chosen for the Origin 1825 edition. The final selection consisted of a unique marriage of whisky matured in first-class American white-oak bourbon barrels with whisky “finished” in the finest Spanish Oloroso Sherry butts.

TASTING NOTES

Color: Warm gold

Nose: Sweet orchard fruits and blossom honey mingled with baked apple and hints of cinnamon

Palate: Layers of fresh banana and pear fruit followed with sweet barley sugars, dried pineapple and soft cake spices

Finish: Mellow and fruity with notes of pear drops, lemon drizzle cake and candied peels
