Description
The 100% Islay Sherry Cask Matured was distilled from our 2011, 2012 and 2013 barley harvests and matured for a minimum of 11 years in 16 ex-oloroso sherry butts. During maturation, layers of dried fruits and rich spices have infused into the whisky which balance beautifully with the natural citrus sweetness and peat smoke of Kilchoman.

TASTING NOTES
Nose:Vanilla, tropical fruits, fresh hay and toasted oak with grassy notes and salted butter.
Palate: Milk chocolate, salted caramel and fresh peat smoke with candied citrus fruits, lemon, ripe pear, and hints of white pepper.
Finish: Lingering maritime peat smoke with fresh fruits and honied sweetness.
