Description
A 2006 single malt that was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in ex-Port pipes, before being bottled at 15-years-old. Aromas of brambles, red cherry, toasted brioche and amoretti biscuits fill the nose, complemented by notes of cherry Bakewell, dark fruits, marzipan, clove and pink peppercorn throughout the palate. This is a limited release of only 9,762 individually numbered bottles.
